Luxury brokerage MILLION unveiled the Ocean Penthouse at Rivage Bal Harbour in Miami, a $75 million, 19,795-square-foot residence marketed as the world's first “Human Optimization Residence.” It spans floors 23 through 25 of a Skidmore, Owings & Merrill tower, with completion scheduled for 2027.
The spec list reads like a systems inventory rather than an amenity sheet: circadian lighting throughout, air and water purification, sleep-optimized bedrooms, a hyperbaric oxygen room, a dedicated recovery suite, fitness spaces, and a spa terrace with sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge. The unit was originally part of a larger penthouse marketed at $150 million — known as the “Billionaire's Bunker” — that was split into three.
