KA Residences launched in April: a 28-unit, invite-only Houston development co-founded by developer Moiz Bhamani and interior designer Nina Magon, priced from $3.5 million to $15 million. Groundbreaking is slated for late 2026. The detail that earns it a brief is in the floor plan — every residence includes a roughly 400-square-foot private wellness suite the developers call the Merkaba room.
The room ships with a meditation pod with guided programming, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, a red-light dry sauna, a cold plunge, an in-floor body scanner, and circadian lighting. Each home also gets a “sky backyard” balcony with a 10-by-20-foot pool, on top of the building's shared program: a lap pool, padel court, yoga studio, and sound-bath facility.
