No Wi-Fi at Home

Run the house on ethernet. No Wi-Fi, no 2.4/5 GHz broadcast from the router, no cellular inside the walls — everything hardwired. The protocol is environmental, not habitual: once the infrastructure is in place, RF exposure inside the home drops to near-zero by default. Extreme by any normal measure. Common among the serious-about-this crowd.

Method

1Run Cat 6a ethernet to every workspace, living area, and the bedroom — minimum one drop per room
2Disable the Wi-Fi radio on the router entirely (not just hide SSID — disable broadcast)
3Phones stay in airplane mode at home. Use a lightning-to-ethernet or USB-C-to-ethernet adapter for internet
4Laptops wired via ethernet dongle. Disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth at the OS level when at home
5Printers, smart home devices: wired-only. If a device is wireless-mandatory, remove it.
6For family: post a printed 'guest Wi-Fi' QR code that only activates a time-boxed hotspot when visitors arrive

Outcome

RF field strength inside the home reads near baseline on any EMF meter. Most people report deeper sleep and fewer phantom-notification checks within a week — less because of the physics, more because of the ritual of not being reachable at home.
