No Wi-Fi at Home

Run the house on ethernet. No Wi-Fi, no 2.4/5 GHz broadcast from the router, no cellular inside the walls — everything hardwired. The protocol is environmental, not habitual: once the infrastructure is in place, RF exposure inside the home drops to near-zero by default. Extreme by any normal measure. Common among the serious-about-this crowd.

Overview

This protocol turns a broad recovery goal into a repeatable sequence. The point is not to add complexity; it is to make the behavior easy to run the same way every time, then let the consistency compound.

Expected benefit

RF field strength inside the home reads near baseline on any EMF meter. Most people report deeper sleep and fewer phantom-notification checks within a week — less because of the physics, more because of the ritual of not being reachable at home.

How to think about it

Run it as written for the first block, then adjust one variable at a time. The useful signal comes from repeating the same inputs long enough to see what actually changes.
