Cold Plunge

What they're known for

The former Ice Bath Co has evolved into a broader specification and equipment platform for residential and commercial wellness rooms rather than remaining a single cold-plunge brand.

Helix Human Performance Technologies is the current identity of the business previously known as The Ice Bath Co. Its catalog now spans cold plunges and cryotherapy, saunas and steam, red-light systems, hyperbaric chambers, vacuum-training equipment, roller massage, vibration, breathing products, and sleep technologies. The Helix Ice Bath remains part of that platform, offered in round and oval formats with integrated chilling and heating, high-flow filtration, Thermowood cladding, and professional installation. The old company URL now redirects to Helix, so the directory record has been updated to the active business rather than preserving a stale brand identity.
