Ecocor
Maine-made panelized wall and roof systems for Passive House and high-performance homes.
What they're known for
A prefabricated enclosure company selling the building shell itself: airtight, vapor-open panels with deep insulation and high-performance glazing coordinated as one system.
Ecocor designs and fabricates panelized enclosures for custom homes and its Solsken predesigned house line. The Optima system targets a cost-performance middle ground, while the Passiv system uses deeper wall assemblies intended for Passive House certification, with dense-pack cellulose, vapor-open membranes, airtight connections, and triple-glazed windows. Roof panels extend the same control-layer strategy overhead, reducing the amount of high-performance detailing that has to be assembled from scratch in the field.
