Bradford Products has fabricated stainless-steel aquatic vessels in coastal North Carolina since 1982, when founder Dale Brodeur built a stainless hot tub for himself and found a market for it. Three generations later it is a global leader in the niche: fully welded, self-supporting pools, spas, and water features that are effectively leak-proof and light enough to install where a concrete pool cannot go.
The strength-to-weight ratio is the engineering case — Bradford's vessels are the standard choice for rooftop and elevated aquatics, where a failure would be catastrophic and concrete is too heavy. American-milled steel, AWS-certified welders, and ISO and IAPMO certification put it at the architectural, spec-grade end of the pool market.
