Cardio Machines

Best Approach

The best cardio machine is the one you'll actually use. For most home gyms, a rower (Concept2) delivers the highest training value per dollar — full body, low impact, small footprint when stored upright. Air bikes (Rogue Echo, Assault) are brutal for conditioning. Treadmills and bikes take more space but are essential if running or cycling is your primary sport.
